Our aim is for our clients to build a property portfolio of at least 10 properties over the shortest period practicable, depending on their personal circumstances.

OPTION 1 – Normal approach
Based on a single property with a purchase price of £200,000, one would normally be expected to “put down” at least 15% deposit, plus associated costs, equating to approximately £35,000.

OPTION 2 – Coutes Colbyco’s approach
With Coutes Colbyco’s experience, expertise and the discounts of up to 15% that we have negotiated for our clients, the same single property with a purchase price of £200,000, could be obtained for as little as £5,000 (i.e. the associated costs, including stamp duty/solicitors fees etc).
 
Step 1 Appointment with Coutes Colbyco Consultant
Step 2 Reserve chosen property, with payment of required reservation fee
Step 3 Client’s Solicitor appointed from our panel of Solicitors
Step 4 “Buy to Let” mortgage arranged for client
Step 5 Completion, normally 12 –18 months (if bought off plan)
Step 6 Rent Property, with Coutes Colbyco’s assistance
